What is penoplasty?
Penoplasty, or phalloplasty, is a cosmetic surgery procedure for men who consider the size of their penis to be insufficient or unsatisfactory. It therefore aims to increase the size of the penis in length and/or width (circumference) at rest.
It is generally carried out in order to:
→ Increase penis length
→ Increase penis diameter
→ Harmonize penis size
Principle of intervention
For Increase penis length, the surgeon can remove a portion of the penis by cutting off the suspensory ligament in the penis that keeps it suspended. Once free, the part of the body of the penis that was buried under the pubis is added to the visible part, which allows you to gain between 1 and 3 centimeters in length.
For Increase penis diameter, the surgeon injects autologous fat, that is to say fat taken from another part of the patient's own body, at the level of the tissues surrounding the corpora cavernosa of the penis (subcutaneously). So it's a lipofilling of the penis
The two procedures can be carried out at the same operative time, so as to harmonize penis size in length and in width. But it is entirely possible to achieve a circumferential increase alone or to lengthen the penis alone.

For Elongation Of the penis, the patient will be able to benefit from a gain of 1 to 3 centimeters. The result is especially visible at rest, because when the penis is erect, it verticalizes and burrows slightly.
For The increase circumferential : 2 to 4 centimeters of additional circumference, depending on the rate at which the adipocyte graft was taken.
